July 27 - August 18. Tyiese Scarpa, 515 South Main Street, St. 101, Memphis. Over 40 pieces of fan art from the Graceland Archives displayed in a gallery setting. Soon after Elvis Presley became an international singing sensation, fans started sending their drawings, sculptures and paintings to Graceland to him and more has come on a regular basis in all the years since his passing. Fan art received over the last 50 years has been catalogued and kept in the guarded Graceland Archives. The art show is presented by Elvis Presley Enterprises and hosted by Memphis Heritage, a non-profit organization that works to preserve historic structures and the architectural heritage of Memphis and Shelby County.
