Children’s Museum

The Children’s Museum is joining Graceland and the city of Memphis in celebrating Elvis Week 2007, which marks the 30th anniversary of Elvis’ passing. The museum will have a multitude of Elvis related activities throughout the week in tribute to the “King of Rock’n’Roll.” Search Parties for the week will be “Elvis Scavenger Hunts.” Tales & Tunes is presenting Ten Little Elvi. Art Attacks will all be Elvis-themed. Fun Facts for the week will test your knowledge of Graceland and Elvis lore. The grand finale will be “Sing Like a King” Kid Karaoke on Friday, August 17, 3:30 pm, complete with Elvis costumes to dress up in as well as all the popular Elvis songs to sing. All children who participate will receive a prize. Show your “Memphis pride” by supporting Graceland with your best Elvis spirit!
